Danu Strategy serves as Strategic Advisor to a Bay Area nonprofit coordinating regional homelessness response across a coalition of 200+ organizations.
A coalition of 200+ organizations — nonprofits, government agencies, funders, and service providers — needed shared infrastructure to coordinate a regional homelessness response strategy. The data lived in silos, the stakeholder relationships lived in one person's inbox, and every attempt at shared reporting had stalled.
We built from the data foundation up: audited 478 contacts across Gmail and disconnected systems, designed a CRM architecture, and deployed a stakeholder intelligence platform — with editorial content, meeting infrastructure, and a newsletter strategy reaching the full network.
Housing · Nonprofit · Civic TechThis is the kind of engagement Danu Strategy is built for: coordination across many partners, real data debt, and a mission where the systems have to actually run. It draws on the same sector roots described in our team background — scaling interim housing, co-founding an interim-housing technology platform, and community economic-development board service.
The engagement is delivered through our Platforms and Dashboards service: the shared data infrastructure, platforms, and workflows that make multi-organization coordination work.
